This is from a 14 year old and I could not have said it better myself. This is amazing. Junior was working on Apr 15th so we missed the first Tea Party. He made it to part of the 2nd one in Davenport on July 4th. For those interested in this great opportunity for Americans to stand up and fight for their rights the Tea Party meets at the Davenport Public Library on the 1st and 3rd Saturday's of the month at 9:30 am.

I find it sad that people who say they are Christians today (go to Church on Sunday, smile, say hi, ) then walk out and live like everyone else the rest of the week are what I have seen so much of this last year. Our community has had a month of "gay pride" , "gay walks" and not once did I see any of our Churches in protest. We have Assemblies of God, Baptists, Lutheran's, Methodists, Catholics, and many others in our Quad-City area. Where were the Christian's? Why haven't the Pastors told their congregations that these events were happening so let's stand up and start speaking up. Yes, I know many would not. They are comfortable in their homes, with their family events. They will not go out of their comfort zone. Why? I just want to know if there is anyone else out there who cares.
